The Promotion is promoted by The Depths LP trading as Hell Pizza, 123 Adelaide Road, Mount Cook, Wellington 6021, New Zealand (HELL).
The Draw
By completing the Hell Pizza customer survey, you will be entered into a prize draw to win one (1) x $200 Hell Pizza gift voucher.
Eligibility
Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Hell Pizza and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Complete the survey in full via the link provided in the promotional email. One entry per person. Incomplete survey responses will not be entered into the draw.
Draw Close Date
The draw closes at 11:59pm NZST on [DATE]. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
The Prize
One (1) x $200 Hell Pizza voucher. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Hell Pizza reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or after [DATE]. The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the draw.
Unclaimed Prizes
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 working days of notification, Hell Pizza reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
