Silencer brings to the battle slow-cooked Oamaru lamb on a kawakawa harissa base, with spinach, red onion, tomatoes, and feta, finished with mint & horopito aioli.
Like any good duel, the buildup to the main event has been nothing short of explosive. Starting with some light-hearted banter, to some real low-blows.
