The safety and well-being of our minions and loyal followers is paramount at HELL! With the new ‘Traffic Light System’ in place from 3rd December 2021, we wanted to let you know how our stores are operating under the different traffic light settings.
Stores Under Red Light
Settings:
Only contactless pickup and contactless delivery orders are available

Stores Under Orange Light Settings:
For in-store orders, customers should wear a mask to enter a Hell store (or approach the front counter of a caravan). If you’re ordering a takeaway or pick-up in Orange light settings please wear a mask (unless exempt).
Stores Under Green Light Settings:
We’ll keep you posted about this once we’re nearly there… go forth and conquer!
Please note that our stores are all locally owned businesses, and some store owners may decide to increase their restrictions (e.g. only offer contactless orders) if they decide to be a little more cautious. Whether you agree or disagree with the changes made under the new “Traffic Light System” remember that our staff didn’t make these decisions so please be kind and continue to treat them with respect.
